My aesthetician suggested I have a series of microdermabrasion for my acne. Is it a good idea??? They recommend at least 4 one week apart.

No, forget microdermabrasion for acne, it's useless.

In fact, it doesn't come close to being "best" for anything of which I can think.

Microdermabrasion is a face scrub repackaged as a machine and service.
